On Saturday January 31st, Curve Industries and Excell Motorsports will be hosting a test and tune day. Starting at 10am, ride or trailer your sled to Excell Motorsports to meet other Yamaha riders, share setup tips and ride the area to get your machine dialed!

Curve XS skis will be available for testing in various carbide and spindle configurations. Although Aaron would love to let everyone try out an exhaust, unfortunately, it isn't held on by one bolt like our skis. Various models will be there for people to hear the sound and see first hand the quality that is put into every system.

Last year we were a little late but this year we are certainly going to make it happen!

Kick off is 10am. See you there!

That hill's not bad at all. You need to get off of those lakes once in a while. :tg: The one over the top behind the trees did catch me though.

I hope to see you guys there.

Lou, I don't know the trails in Waterville very well but I do know that everything is open and in AWESOME condition.

Thank you very much Rick! I'm sure Lou will have tons of pictures and great stories to tell... If he can find his way there.

Aaron said he is going to put a Excell arrow sign on the trail to take! ;)!

I wanted to stick this to the top... i think this is a really cool idea and great opportunity for everyone in the area to have a Yamaha Dealer and Ski company help you get your sled drive the way you want... awesome!!!

Agree!
I have posted this on every Snowmobile Club forum in the area just to help get the word out.

Great products, Great people!

Ride and Tune

Great idea! If you ever decide to take that show on the road Upper Michigan would be a great area. I think the concept could really help sales for both of you guys. My buddy bought some Simmons skis and I have Stud Boy Dual runners on my sled (we both have the same sled) and when we swapped sleds I just didn't see $450 worth of skis. In fact I thought my stock skis did every bit if not better performance wise. But I sure would like to try some of the Curve Skis. I really like the concept!

Thank you Tom! The more people that see, the more that will stop by on Saturday. Aaron has a bunch of food organized too so we won't let anyone go hungry.

Lou, I've said it a thousand times already but here is once more just because... YOU ARE THE MAN!

Dave, anything is possible! Winter is SUPER busy for us with everything going on but it would be cool to get out that way and incorporate it into some rides. Hopefully one of these days (sooner than later) we can even get in on a TY ride too!

Sean-
Ever think of taking a survey to find out guys different setups
as to sled model,rider weight,limiter positions,ski carbide length,riding style--women driver,or very,very aggressive,studded or not,stock transfer block or other, etc..
Do this by e-mail for your own info.
I know you guys test alot and have done the sno-x before but you would
be able to see what hundreds of guys have settled on for their final setups which may be alot different from yours.
May help with your recommended carbide selection or even overall setup tips to pass on to customers at time of purchase or post tips on your website for even better customer satisfaction.
I know you don't want to recommed setups and have someone crash but people could use tips as a helpful general guideline with "try at your own risk" at the end of course

Absolutely Scott! We have tried doing something similar however it is difficult for most people to take the time without incentive. Now that you've got me thinking, possibly we could have customers log in to our website, post the info to a form and we would store it for them as a record.... and use it as you've mentioned as well. Not bad Scott! I'll talk to the web guy.

Will you be at the test and tune?
