Tether switch wires

I want to run a tether switch to be able to kill electric fuel pump and engine in case I roll sled. does any one know which wires I should use to kill power for ignition? 04 RX1MTN MCX

I have one on mine, buy an Artic Cat tether (They are way better quality then the after market ones and they are wired the same way as our ignitions which is different then other 2 strokes) then find the wires from the kill switch (There are 2 wires coming out of it) Cut only one of these wires (I think the one I cut was brown) then splice in the tether wires to this wire using solder and shrink wrap so you don't have any issues down the road. You can also hook 2 tether cables together then you can get off the machine and lift the back or even the front without having to unhook.

I removed the top cover and spiced into the solid red wire on the ignition switch. This seems to kill everything. This is on a 2006 RTX. I got the teather from Richierich. Get a hold of him, maybe he can hook you up with a nice one like he did me.
