Long story short, I bought a new pair of Klim gloves at the snow show this past fall. I used them for one season of riding and they developed tears in the palms. I contacted Klim's warranty dept, they inspected the old gloves and sent me a replacement pair. I was happy to see a company stand behind their product. I already have a ton of Klim gear and I will continue to purchase my gear from them. Klim has earned a customer for the rest of my sledding days!

i've got the exact same gloves that have cracked in the same place. i will be contacting them soon as well, hopefully they will replace mine
