Very cool and was a thought I had many years ago. Would love to try a set. What grams are they available in for all 3 brands? Can the Ball be changed to add/subtract weight? Got any track dyno info?
Also can you explain how the backshift improves? I would think you would almost need a light duty spring in there to help assist getting the ball back towards the heel? You would think the ball would get "hung up" during backshift scenerios?

As the wieghts shift with the centrifigal force throughout the rpm range, so does the ball. The curve design that the ball runs in changes the position of the ball on the wieght. That's my best guess.

... right, but a little more clearly... as the clutch begins to backshift, the weight angles back and therefore the ball rolls away from the tip, causing a reduction in tip weight, making it backshift further.

This is going to need some new clutch-fu for tuning....

We currently have a remarkably similar design on the drawing board (obviously patentable) and would have turned this up as we moved through the application process. NICE WORK and congratulations on beating us to the punch! This is what open market competition is all about! On to the next idea
BIG THUMBS UP for your decision on domestic production as well
