A dealer told that the RTX set at the softest setting is stiffer than an FX so can the RTX be revalved to soften up? I'm comming off a Vector and do mostly trail riding and ditch banging. I know some guys will say the Vec is the best sled for me, but I need to get the Nytro out of my system. Its soooooo sweet!!!

Thanks in advance for any input.

rtx se is the ditch banger....stiffer for sure...dirkdiggler on here has one for sale with lots of goodies..

If you like to hit bumps and weigh over 130lbs, the std Nytro is too soft. The Vector doesn't even compare so if I were you, I'd go with the SE.

An RTX SE suspension can be softened up well enough for the average rider. The SE actually has softer preload torsion springs than the RTX. I'd go for the RTX SE all the way if you ever plan on ditchbanging the sled.
