I have a 2009 Phazer MTX , Last season i geared down to a 17 top . It came with a 19 Because I'm sea level . Ive installed a Clutch kit from schmidt bros . Added his fuel pressure regulator . Installed bullseyes into the air box cover . For the exhaust i ran a MBRP ( Too loud plus no real proven hp gain ) I added a track extension to 151 . Then added the 151 challenger track 151x2.33x14 ( What a difference ) This season i have holtzman Nitrous kit ( 15 Gram/sec , 45 Hp Shot ) . 10 lbs N.O.S brand nitrous bottle mounted on the rear with billet aluminum bracket . AEM O2 sensor . Removed the MBRP and Got the AAEN exhaust , due for more hp(11 with enriched fuel curve) and 2 lbs lighter . I got 5 inch RSI bars with 4 inch risers . The risers wouldnt work with the phazers plastics around the gas tank . So i ran the stock riser . For fuel im running torco accelerator . I mix for 96 Octane . Cheap insurance . We finally got snow so i did some testing . She was running lean with out nitrous . Exhasut i figures. 15-16 on the o2 sensor . Brought up the CO Adjustment to 10 and it was around 13-14 much better . Tryed nitrous for the first time . WOW . pulls real hard . Now im Adjusting now much fuel i adds to the engine while on nitrous . So far im loving it . I will be adding pictures soon

Just so you know your Aaen Pipe will get loud as hell at 200 er so miles, mine did.
I have the "extra packing" from Aaen but have not had a chance to see what it will do.
Glad to hear your NOS works!
Side note - we should put a post up listing in order how loud the exhausts are. I would guess if Mbrp is loudest then Aaen would be a close 2nd. I am also going to run it without the quiet core just to see how loud it is!

MBRP had a annoying tone to it . AAEN is much better so far . I like the extra pull it adds . Im gonna purchase some packing and get ready to repack her once she gets a few kilometres on her . Im gonna be posting pics soon of the set up !

Damn that's a big NOS bottle. I thought guys were putting a small one up between the A arms?

I was gonna but then i only had choices of a 1.7 or a 3 lbs bottle . Also if the front mounted bottles got to cold i wouldnt be able to use nitrous . So i figured ill put 10 lbs bottle on the back with the exhaust heating it and it works good. Gets about 400 to 500 PSI when im riding .
