can the guys that have upgraded to the wrp seat give me some feedback.
Gotta fix my seat, it did not like -30 C and is now cracked.
I like the idea of this seat. I get why guys that are 6'2"+ endorse this upgrade.
I am 5'11", and thin build. Is it too high for a guy my size?
Is the actual seat too wide, or narrow enough so you can still hug the console when cornering.
Thanks
Ms

I'm 5'11 and love it!
I love the fact that my hips are above my knees...I find it to be a much more comfortable seating positions (even more of a dirt bike feel). The seat is narrower and stiffer. (almost too stiff for the first 50 - 100 miles).
I have the OFT relocate so keep that in mind...not sure if bars would feel weird without it or a riser.

Seat narrows toward tank, it is perfect. I'm 6'4", however I wish the seat was another 2" higher, so I think at your heist it'll be good. Recommend steering relocator to go with it though.

It is perfect for me, sitting or standing- as Sloan stated knee position is moved now (had 2 surgeries done).
The firm seat is great on the bumps, long rides. My Phazer had that feel + the sport bike does as well, hoping it doesn't get to soft with time.
Well spent $289.

Without putting a riser on the handlebar, or doing a steering relocate. Would raising the seat 2" throw the body position that far out from what i am used to?
Comments are welcome.
MS
ps Dont want to turn this into a thousand dollar project. Starting to contemplate the sanity of continually adding mods to my beloved nytro when I likely will run her only a few more seasons.

Biggest extra expense you will get is the 160ish for relocator or 60-100 for set of risers.

I'm 6'6" and 350 lbs and I've also added the WRP seat. I think it's an excellent upgrade because it seemed the stock seat would get really "mushy" the longer you road that day. I also have the relocate and a riser as well to even things out. If I were you, I would at least go with the relocate. It's also a nice upgrade in my opinion.

The OFT relocator is needed on this sled no matter if you get the seat or not. After your first ride you will understand what everyone is talking about. But the relocator in combination with the seat makes it so comfortable to ride and the transfer from sitting to standing is so easy, it is totally worth the money for the comfort. Also no more muscle pain between the shoulder blades.

Good comments - Hear is the question: If you were to put a RSI 2" riser in, would that improve steering?, or is the OFT relocate where its at?
I have read about the relocate on their site, but until I see it, its difficult to assess how it improves the ride. I have read many posts but still dont get it.
Too bad there isnt you tube video.

OFT...a riser simply raises the bars whereas the relocator modifies the steering geometry and raises the bars. The improved geometry makes steering sweep more similar to that of every other snowmobile that you have ever driven (push/pull to the chest vice steering wheel like)...

I had the wrp seat and loved it but it needs a riser or oft relocator. I used a 2 inch riser and found it good. Best upgrade to the nytro I did. I am 5'11

I'm 6'4" and love the oft relocate and wrp seat combo. Very comfortable setup. I'm done with upgrades...I think.
