at the beginning of this year i installed thunder products 14.5 mm rollers in my clutch.
I put about 1o00 miles on the sled this year.
Disassembled the clutch today and the plastic side shims are all torn up.
Anyone else seeing this issue?
I had 4500 on the stock rollers and absolutely no signs of wear on the plastic side shims.
Looking at the thunder products rollers, the inner bushings are obviously shorter that the roller. This is what i believe to be causing the issue.
Its not a huge deal, just wondering if anyone else has seen this and what they did (if anything) to fix it.
Thanks

Yes, i plan to. Being that it is sunday there was no answer when i called today.
As i said, its not a big deal, I was just wondering if others have seen this and what they did to resove it.
since all my rollers look the same (bushings smaller than the rollers) i assume any replacement will be the same as these.
I like the rollers and plan to continue using them even if i have to change out the shims every 1000 miles.
Just kind of wondering if there might be a more durable shim. Or if anyone ever tossed them in a lathe and machined them flat and doubled up on shims.
