Tightening front strap

Hey Guys.
I want to adjust the front strap in the skid area.
The sled is on a lift with the track suspended. How can I remove the tension so I can adjust the strap?

lift rear off ground put a 4x4 block wood under front of rear suspension and push down it will loosen the limiter strap so u can work on it, tight space to work in but u can do it!,
