Did anyone use the timber sled bark buster front a arm kit on their nytro mountain last winter, and if so do you think this would work on a 121 track trail nytro, or is the geometery not suitable?

will be hard for mountain folk to advise you...none of is in the hills have much trail experience, and VERY few of us are on 121's...

but for Hills, and the trails to the hills (which isnt very much) I LOVE my barkbuster!!!!

I think you will find the Timber front end is too narrow for a trail sled. I think it only comes in 39" not the 41" or whatever the trail sleds are. From all the ones I've seen out there in the mountains I'm not sure the bushings were designed with a trail application in mind. You might end up with a bunch of play in your front tnd after they wear a bit.

i believe ulmer racing is working on an oilite bushing for this front end (barkbusters) as well.. which should solve some of the front end slop issues.

We will be working on oilite bushings for the Timbersled front ends. Currently we are trying to get caught up on other products before we begin production.
