My sled was making a tingling noise (only when driving, never at idle) when I original bought it and about 200 miles later one of the y-pipes separated from the the flex pipe on the exhaust. Replaced the h-pipe, all 4 donut gaskets, and the clamps. Sled ran great, after about 30 miles of riding the tingling noise faintly started to come back and is almost as loud as before. I put the donuts on perfect and the clamps... I d'ont get what this noise could possibly be? any ideas?

Its a 2006 apex. The noise is def coming from under the hood from what I can tell. :o| so annoyed by this

Hey thanks for the response. I did replace the belt and kinda messed with the clutch which could be why I didn't notice it right away. That would make a lot of sense

Just an FYI, my 06 buzzed up front and what seemed like under the hood, ended up being the hood itself where it hooks onto the front most aluminum cross bar was a very loose fit.
I wrapped a piece of dense neoprene type foam around that bar which made the hood catch it snug and the buzz went away.

I close my eyes and hope nothing falls off :dunno:

Mine has same noise started 300 miles or so ago. No performance issues noticed. Dealer just replaced donuts under YES warranty. Tingling noise/keys rattling noise still there. Sled has 5300 miles. Runs great, probably better this year than ever before.
