TMAX? Phazer powered scooter?

Does anyone know if this thing is powered by the Phazer motor? The description looks like it to me.

All I can say is that I thought the Phazer engine would wind up in standard motorcycle, the engine would be a riot. This engine has four valves not five, but if the horse power is close this will be a sick scooter.

The thing weighs 490 pounds! Thats more (100 pounds more) than a YZF-R1!

I'm shocked this thing only gets 47mpg. There's alot of "Real" motorcyles out there that get really close to this. I know of fuel injected Harley's getting around 40mpg, and a good friend of mine has the Honda ST1300 and gets 45mpg on the highway.
If I were to be caught on a scooter it would be for the 123mpg the Zuma's getting. Even the 125cc is getting 88mpg.
Yeah, I know, it doesn't look as cool as the TMAX but in the eye's of everyone else it's still a scooter. They may be as fun to ride as "some other thing in the old joke" but you still don't want to get caught on either one.
