Sled doesnt like the choke, and when the intercooler is on it floods out.
I am thinking that my butterflies might be out of adjustment.
No restrictions in the intercooler, and if I take the jet out of the charge tube then it is better.
This is happening when the sled it cold and only at first start up. Otherwise it is fine.

Familyman: My sled has never liked the choke since I put the turbo on either.
Never tried taking the jet out of the charge tube to see if any difference. But with a 500 in the pitot tube and 10-15 degrees outside and sled is dead cold, all I do is start to crank it and add a little choke until it starts and then take the choke off immediately.
I'm running 20 pilots @ 2 turns out. Ildes at 14.0-15.0 on the A/F depending on engine temp.
