TOOL FOR FRONT SPRINGS

What is the easiest way to get the front springs off? I just ordered some straight rate springs for my 03 RX-1. Is there a special tool for turning the spring collar????

should be a pair of them in your tool kit. I know there is in my 05.

Spanner wrenches. They are kinda a busted knuckle waiting to happen but, it's what you need to use. It is a handle with a curved end with a tooth at the end. Not the best description! Hope that helps!

I think my tool kit is complete in my 03, but I didn't see anything that looks like that.
