Torque specs for primary and secondary?


not sure,but i can tell you the primary bolt is MUCH MORE STOUT then a DOO primary bolt,which have been breaking upon 89ft lbs....

SO IMO you can easily put 75-80 ft lbs without any worries...I alway recommend ANTI SEIZE for bolt threads where they go into crank.

torque it first to 85, then back it off and re-torque it to 42. Thats the primary clutch bolt. :Rockon:

85ft lbs 1st then 43 ft lbs :oops:


There are a wack of 04/05/06's Running around that I did TOO TIGHT I guess, THANKS FOR THE TIP. ...........That #$%&* Embarassing to have done that...........OOOPS :oops:



Funnny I took Mine off today and check everything looks perfectly ok.......Phew ;)!
