So some of you may have seen my custom rear mount build in the garage section of this site. Well I could not wait for snow so I took it out in a grassy field and took some quick runs.
It runs well around 14 on the afr at idle and 13 at about half throttle. It goes right to 6-7 PSI boost. I need to fine tune once we get snow.
Now the problem, as I get on the gas there is a low end burble. No matter if I mash it or ease into the gas. The afr gets real rich 10 or so and then it get through it and runs well, it is momentary. It runs very well aside from this.
Does this sound like TORS or rich fuel settings? I did not have enough room in the field nor time to really go through it. I was curious if anyone has any thoughts.

If the TORS activates it won't go anywhere, it'll just sit there and stumble at idle. Sounds like you need to take some fuel out of your accelerator pump setting on your GEMS box, that should help.

Sounds like your altitude setting.
Had the same thing on mine, had to keep turning down the altitude setting to
get rid of that stumble. Accelerator pump no more than 2

thanks for the input, I was thinking it was fuel. I need some snow for proper testing. C'mon snow.

sound like the altitude setting to me. i had the same problem and seeing i was at sealevel i was told that setting would not need to be adjusted so it was the last thing i tried and it made all the difference.

well just to close this out, I put a purelogic box on and it seemed to help a lot. The burble is almost non-existent now. I may mess with the co setting when I have some time, but it runs well now.
Live and learn, I think what it was is that I was using a supercharger box on a turbo application. The purelogic box is off an alpine turbo kit and it seems to work nicely.
