A buddy of mine just told me we need to replace the track on his Apex. He had it out yesterday and while riding through a field, the sled just stopped. He looked behind the sled and there was his track! He told me that the track ripped in half! The sled has under 4000 miles on it. It was missing a lug or two, but by no means seemed worn out to me. Has anyone here heard of that happening? I certainly have not!

I have seen this plenty of times with a track that is over studded.

My friend had no studs in his track and it seemed to be in great shape. In talking with others, I did find that this happens more than I think. He is getting the Ice Ripper and I guess I will be working on the install for him. It made a huge difference on my warrior!

what track are they using? Stock ripsaw? I do not like that track, very soft and fell apart quickly I found, 9833 much better. They don't call it a RIP-saw for nothing.
