two things I can think of.
Check to see the pins on back of 4th wheel kit mounts to see if they are to long andwill break the adjusters.
2nd thing is do you loosen the track to tighten the track?

Pins too long! Didn't notice thank you!
I ditched all that stuff. I really did not trust the add on wheel kits. Look at the front idlers and how the mounts have secondary support rather than just a single bolt. This is why I went with a full rear axle kit where the axle feeds thru the rail slot.
TD where did you find a solid axle kit? I have the turbo dynamics kit which is not a solid axle and even torqued and locktited (red) I lost a wheel and spacer and bolt 2 weeks ago.I ditched all that stuff. Nothing new. Those have been cracking since the 2012 Cats. Grip N Rip racing produces some nice billet adjusters

I have the Larson kit. I think Allen should be able to get you one. The axle protrudes through the rail slots and the outer spacer then pilots on the axle stub.
