well i do mostly trail riding the only reason i would go to the 136 is i can get a very good deal on the 136 track and rails so i dont think i would go 128 but i guess if i have to buy a new track i could go any length. I`m used to driving past sleds with 121 so any longer would be new for me not sure of the gains and or losses going longer.
imo unless you like to go off trail you may hate a long track on trails mostly tight trails ding and dunk type ridding. if you like the way the 121 is in corners i would not change did you have the 121 studded? if so a 136 unstudded may feel close to the same. i personaly would not want to give up the controlled chaos of my 121 i had it studded and found it to be too much work in tight trails and also found i got more speed without them as far as traction was comperable unless on ice. but this is all just my humble opinion and your ridding will be the judge i hope this helps.
If you like to rip, stay short for the cornners..Just like to go fast and cruse with a nice ride..136-144..I think the 136 is great..but then again I ride a 162.. .lol...
