To determine track lug height do I measure from the outside of the track (part in contact with ground) or the inside (part in contact with the suspenssion)

No sled in particular, jut trying to determine if I have a 2" lug or a 1.75" lug on my sled.

If you cant figure it out.You can always find the part # on track and i can tell you that way.

This measurement does not work on a hacksaw. Thoses tracks measure 1 inch includeng the belt. I don't know why it is just hacksaw tracks are like that.

Sure it will.Hacksaw's are a 1" lug track.But they do have shorter lugs across the track window area.
