Well, I have about 100 miles now on my '07 Apex ER and let me say, WOW!! 
I do love the 4-stroke power. However, I am getting a clunking feel/sound at about 10 mph on rough trails. Doesn't feel like bottoming, just a light clunking.
Any ideas on what to check?
I looked for obviously loose items, there were many when I picked it up from the dealer when I bought it (That's another story, I can definately tell you where not to buy from). Everything felt tight.

transfer rod noise. common on the mono shock suspension.
