I have read a ton of posts regarding installing extrovert drivers to stop track ratcheting on Nytro's but what is really the cause of it in the first place? I'm new to Yamaha and I have to say I've never had to run a track as tight as my Nytro likes it and I've never had ratcheting problems like this without extrovert drivers before. Is it the stock driver design, track wrap angle, or driver diameter? Are extroverts really the only way to stop the ratcheting aside from running the track extremely tight?

Just so you know.
The XTX does not wratchet like the standard nytro.
It is the amount of wrap around the drive.
Along with the very agressive torque curve down low found with this motor.
All short track nytros should have extrovert drivers.
Even the XTX should have extrovert drivers but it works without them.
Yamaha is now starting to offer extroverts on some models.
