Track removal?

Hi all - I tried a search and didn't locate and helpful information.

Looking to change the track on my 05 Venture. Anyone have a step by step or and help in doing so?

Got to the Apex section on the top the FAq. there is a write-up about track removal. I know it is a venture but it is really close to the Apex. If you get stuck just ask.
