I don't know the specs but I know you will want to use some blue locktite on the driveshaft bolt. Ask me how I know lol

I'm trying to remember what drive shaft bolts you are talking about. I remember the three bolts that hold the brake caliper/bearing holder. The chain case and brake side of the drive shaft is held by circlips.I don't know the specs but I know you will want to use some blue locktite on the driveshaft bolt. Ask me how I know lol

I am sorry I have not had one of these apart I was speaking from my history on the apex and having the axle bolt back out and cut a hole in the side of my chain case cover.I'm trying to remember what drive shaft bolts you are talking about. To be honest most of the older sleds did have bolts but now many use circlips. The one thing to remember is that you will need to remove the front cross shaft in the rear suspension to get the clips back on the drive shaft. Both ends of the drive shaft are held by the clips.I am sorry I have not had one of these apart I was speaking from my history on the apex and having the axle bolt back out and cut a hole in the side of my chain case cover.

Well track swap is complete, not too difficult if you take your time. Question for those that do this a lot, do you remove the oil tank separately or leave it on the chaincase?

I left it on the chain case and just tied it out of the way.Well track swap is complete, not too difficult if you take your time. Question for those that do this a lot, do you remove the oil tank separately or leave it on the chaincase?

I don't separate it from the outer chaincase cover but I remove the hoses etc. and get it right out of the way. Couple extra minutes and a lot more space.

I was a little puzzled at how to fill the chaincase, had to check my owners manual lol. Must be an arctic cat design, terrible engineering.
