I've noticed my track is very loose
(machine is new to me)
I lift the sled up off the ground and the track sags 1.5" with no weight on it.
I have an anti ratchet driver. It seems the previous owner under sized the drive by 1 tooth, and now the track is at the end of its adjustment,
Anyone see an issue with this?

If you have anti ratchet (extrovert) drivers that slack is fine...You may even be able to go a little bit slacker depending on how you ride...My nytro is as loose as that and my apex I always had the track that loose or looser

Good to hear. I noticed my rails are about 1-1/4 inches away from the anti ratchet driver, how close is too close ?

Some brands of drivers were real close to the rail end caps..1.5" is loads of room...

That's the beauty of extrovert drivers...you can run your track loose......the Nytro strongly dislikes a tight track...moreso than other sleds....and it's big initial torque ratchets like crazy with internal drivers...regardless of track tension.
Run er loose...especially that deep lug track.....If you are studded you have to balance tension and track balloon/slap/derailing.....unstudded you can run it pretty much as loose as you like..
