Just wondering how the transfer rod effects the way the sled handles? And which way I should adjust it for the sled to behave differently. Any help would be appreciated!! 06 RTX Mono skid

The transfer rod will help with the sled either pulling the skis off the ground or leaving them planted. This really effects how much weight transfer you get upon acceleration. Not enough transfer, and you will keep the skis planted onthe snow, but you will notice more track spin. Too much transfer, and you will spend alot of time witht the skis in the air, where they dont help you turn very much. ifyou do alot of straight line acceleration, this is okay, but you'll see when you try to rail it hard on a twisty trail, and you cant keep enough ski in the ground to keep it on the trail!
Just play with it until you find what you like. The owners manual will help also.
