Trouble starting and high idle

2006 Yamaha apex is hard to start and when running has a high idle around 3300. Rpm need help

Check for vacuum leaks between the throttle bodies and cylinder head.

IAC is probably dirty. Take it out, clean, try it. Or just buy a new one and put it in.
