I'm curious who has a tune that's MAP based instead of TPS. I've just started tuning my MPI Stage 1 Apex/Attak. After getting several base tunes from ppl on here and a very reputable tuner, they are all TPS based. Why? Remembering from my car tuning days with HP Tuners, boosted guys used MAP. After finally getting a cheap Win10 tablet/laptop,(Insignia 11.6 off Ebay for $70 and highly suggested) to install Dynojets Core software, (won't install on my old XP laptop). After seeing the capabilities of it, it should be pretty easy to switch over and make the tune more accurate. Why are ppl stuck on TPST or aren't they talking?

Im wondering same thing, maybe boost based fuel is more stabile and not needed to pay attention. I have been autotuning map side but not getting good response and some unexplained sputters at time to time. I have to look tps tuning for next, maybe there is the way to get this good.

I tuned my Corvette over a 2 week period using Hptuners and a pid wideband setup, tuning the MAF table only....and added another timing table from a friend.
TPS tuning is very limited and primitive.
I believe the MCX box uses a MAP sensor to tune based on pressure. Sleds don't have a MAF sensor....
