tunnel protectors need to now best way to put them in

i have 2009 phazer i just get a par of tunnel protectors need to now best way to put them in or the easy way
do i take thr saet off is that the best way?

Yes that is the easiest. Pull the seat off and rivet the tunnel protectors on with the rivet from the top down. If you try and rivet it from the bottom up you will have to pull the skid out and then you will also have the collapsible part of the rivet on the top of your tunnel which wouldn't look very good.
