Turbo hood??

I seen this on only one sled that was for sale and was wondering if it was a custom hood or it can be bought somewhere...it was a red sled and the filter cam right out of the hood just beside the headlight.. the hood was shaped, grooved like and went right around the filter has anyone seen that? if so who makes it ? I was trying o find the old post where he had it for sale but can't seem to find it. it was something like too much sled for me..

That was Ole One Eye built by Need 4 Speed 2, one bad a$$ Apex...

I'm just stabbing in the dark here but i would think its called that because the filter comes out one side (nothing on the other) there fore the filter itself looks like "one eye"
