Got it. The timing chain was off the bottom sprocket. Sled is done and we're going to try it today.

Once you grind the sprockets to realign the cam timing the marks will not align perfectly , they will be about 1/8in above the casting at the front side of the engine !
Tach weld the pipes , turbo to stock exhaust , change the 16" of rubber cold air tube, under the seat to aluminium tube, 5500 rpm engagement , enjoy , its a great ride !

Lost a bit of pressure, seems like a hose could be loose or something.. I only get about 8 psi which gets me pissed off a bit
I have heard of other having trouble with a hose clamp. It's hard to reach but I got a pic of this one through a tiny opening in the front.
Is this the problem ? Somebody (MCX?) have made some markings on the tube:

Just picked up a 07 mtn lite for mostly flatland riding but there will be some hillclimbing what should i watch out for and do anyone have good clutch setup for this turbo sled again any info would be great like how much hp it makes at different boost settings,right now mine is set at 12lbs on pump supreme gas and i would like to get more hp out of it and up the boost and add race gas (VP c16)to it anyone done this before?
