Does the steering start/reverse button work? It is a known issue on newer models that the hand consoles fail. I've had mine swapped, don't remember codes, but the heaters were on max and start/reverse didn't work.

Can confirm, we're getting a lot of snow, I'm at work in Longyearbyen these days. Small world...

It's likely the console that needs to be replaced, I suggest you ask them to try that, maybe borrow from another sled just to see if that's the fault.

They just closed down Nybyen and the track that goes up there, due to high risk of avalanche.

UPDATE:
It turned out to be the hand controller that was faulty, replaced it with a new one and now everything works
