Well now...ok....now that that's over.

I think she would like the rush. I talked with my buddy and he going to give me some prices. He mows what the Vector looks like and knows it's been taken care of. I think I might pull the trigger. I'll give her my Viper and I'll get the Pro X 800?????

I want a good price for the Vector. And if he drops the price a little and throws in some stuff I just might get one....for her.... :o|

I gotta say that the new Axys sleds from Polaris has me looking over to the 2 stroke side, aproximately 150 pounds lighter than my Apex with same horsepower...hmmm.

Let us know how your test rides go...I'm curious to see your opinions on the new iron.

My dad rides the 11 Apex and I am on 14 Viper LTX. Weighed them the other night on a truck scale. Half full of fuel. Full of Ice in tunnel. Apex weighed 720 Viper 600lbs. Close to your 150 weight savings right there. Only place the apex will win is on a lake. Flat trails Apex is also nice for sitting back and cruising.

If she is kinda laid back get her a Ski Doo they make good girls sleds. But if she wants to rock get her a XTX, you can set them soft as a memory foam mattress.

I would never get a ski doo! But for her maybe a polaris. Maybe. Bit probably a viper

i just took a look at the new polaris sleds, and i hate to say it but im interested.. i always told myself that polaris would be the only other brand i would venture to IF i switched. ive been on a yamaha for 15 years now, and looking to buy my first "new" one. i was liking the Viper RTX SE/LE and was nearly sold on it.. until i just looked at the new Polaris Rush PRO-X.. now im on the fence. im going to be demoing all the new sleds this weekend at Snofest in Old Forge and will be snowchecking after that, but im hoping i fall in love with the new vipers all over again. im looking for a pure, unadult rated ditchbanging sled and im hoping the viper delivers. :yam: :4STroke: :sled1:
Man that new switchback 800 pro is bad #*$&@ , I know they bring there demo ride to gaylord mi some time and I'm going to go ride them , but I can see one in my shop next year ;)! ;)!

They are pretty nice I saw them last week at the border. The plant is 20 min away and the test riders are always on the trails here. Needless to say I knew they did not have 4 stroke coming out this season lol. A few HCS apparently did not believe me lol.

Hopefully they will have a few of those new Polaris with the AXYS at Old Forge this weekend for the demo rides. If I like it, I might be jumping ship, after 10 years with the 4 stokes. I have had either Polaris or Yamaha since I first started riding back in the 60's. My first new sled was a 1969 Yamaha SL351. I have had far less problems with my Polaris snowmobiles then I have had with my Yamahas. Had a few Polaris two strokes with over 8,000 miles on them and never had an engine failure.

ill be riding the yamaha and polaris sleds this weekend as well. im hoping for the viper LTX or RTX LE models to get me hooked over the new AXYS
