i got the kit yesterday and installed it today, makes a big difference by the way, but ive got a squeeling coming from my belt..when i take off from a stand still ive got a little bog with the squeeling then i get going a little then im off like a bad outta hell, when im doing 15-20 or so i can take off just fine.. My question is has anyone else installed this kit and had the same problem? i was thinking maybe something wrong with my belt or shims
also when i go around the yard and throttle it and the clutch engages i get a poping of like metal hitting together only when i get on and off and back on it

Sounds like you have putted the secondary the wrong way together.. Be sure that the spring are possisioned in the holes that it should and then you need to twist the helix clockwise to set the spring tension before you put it down on the 3 bolts.
Edit: Forgott that the phazer has the old secondary.. But its the same way only you dont push the helix down on the 3 bolts as on newer types after you had set the spring tension. This one has a splines.

yea i talked with allen ulmer today and asked him and thats what it was, i didnt turn the seconday clockwise to set the tension
