Unbelievable “Chance of FROST” in Mn

First time since last winter the DULUTH Mn meteorologists says chance of FROST because of still winds in areas WHAT??? My family was just observing 99 on car thermometer two days ago ( radio reported rare areas at 100).

I love the season change but even for me this is early………chance of frost in Embarrass, Cotton small communities in low lying areas of the Mn Iron range…… Mn weather is amazing so far this year I have had 38 below and 93 above….

Makes me look forward to the big change in fall.
