I have an 08 Nytro 40th with about 1000km's on. I was thinking about getting another sled, but after being out for a ride this weekend I have decided to keep it and improve it. It is completely stock. What should I be doing first? I am interested in a new front end but don't want to have to replace shocks. Already have a set of Ohlins for it.

Ohlins will work with the Skinz Front end with no alterations.

1. OFT rollover and steering relocator
2. Track upgrade
3. Air Frame running boards (yes they make that much difference)
4. Rear skid
5 Front end upgrade
6. Boost or exhaust upgrades
I would leave the skis alone. I like the stock skis and there are a lot of things more pressing than skis.

I've got an 09 Nytro and by far the best upgrade I've done to it so far was relacing the front end with Timbersled Barkbusters and Ohlin piggybacks. Night and day in the handling department my friend. Before the sled wore me down hard and I was fighting with it steady to get it to go where I wanted it to. After installing the new A-arms and shocks and removing the front sway bar this thing is a point and shoot dream. It goes where I want it to now, I can turn it around tighter than I can with my short tracks. Highly recommend it. Then 2nd I'd say clutching.
