Had the sled suspended to change wear bars and when I picked up on the ski the left upper a arm moves kinda front to back around 1/2 inch. Just did grizz gusset so I checked and bolt is still tight. I'm assuming the bushing is shot but right side has very little play only 1400mi on the sled. Can I drive it like this for the weekend or will I end up breaking/wearing something else.

you'll be fine. many many miles have been put on the sloppy stock plastic bushings. Call up Allen Ulmer at Ulmer Racing and get some Oilite bushings. no play
