I have an 08' which i bought holdover for this past winter. I was thinking of doing some changes, here are my suggestions i would appreciate all others as well as help where to get these.

- New Skis ( Curve XS?) I do alot of hard pack riding.

- Hood screens to keep snow out

- Exhaust (Excel)

- Graphics (Robb from Blown Concepts may one off something for me so this is pretty well taken care of.)

- HOW TO FIX THE DANG LEFT WET BOOT????????????? :o|

HOW TO FIX THE DANG LEFT WET BOOT?????????????

Duct tape. Or, if you're just made of money, cut some aluminium sheet and rivet it to the back side of the perforated piece in the footwell.

WET LEFT BOOT

This is what I did!

I would add HYGear triple rate springs to your list if you have the gyt shocks. Big improvement in handling.

For around $20 you can order the aluminum deflector plate fromt he 09 and put it on your 08 to help with the left boot. Also add some good clutching if there is $ left over. Something good like the supertips from Ulmer, or the drag n fly would help

I still don't get it regarding the wet left foot...If you use the FX Nytro the way it is supposed to be used, you will be wet all over your body - not only your left foot...! If you can not live with this - get a touring sled...:)

Ha... I'll snocross boondock or just plain hammer it through the woods with you anytime your feeling froggy sparky. Oh ya.. I'll wait at the intersections too

It's smack down time on the internet!

And the crowd goes wild! Could it be? Yes it is... they're calling for a cage match!!

Cage! Cage! Cage!

May the driest man be victorious!!!!

I would look into strengthening the subframe right at the getgo. There are some guys who are selling kits that you weld onto the frame, hopefully to prevent that little tweak that can cause some $$$ to fix. A good preventative measure imo.

Also, since you're thinking of getting a new exhaust, do something with the clutching to ease the harsh engagement (4500 rpm) of the primary and get better performance overall.
