Valve adjustment

Someone out there know the symptoms of an RX1 needing valve adjustment or a valve job and how much I should expect to pay for these services?

hard starting when warm or a lack of power. not sure how much a dealer would charge to do the job. I did it myself in a couple of hours but I already had the seat and gas tank off.
