looking to add a riser to a vector. does anyone know how big you can go with a riser without having to lengthen any cables? i hear 2 is safe, but how about a 3-4 inch riser?
thanks

I added a 2" to my nytro. I would say that a 3" could be added without extensions but a 4" may be to tall ... that's just a guess based on my experience.

What year Vector? If is an 07 or older I would say 2" would be max. And that is will a pivot riser rotated forward. I have a ROX 2" pivot riser on my 07 Rage and I do not see how you can go any taller. You will have to un-clip the parking brake cable when install a riser. G.B.

I put a articulating 3 1/2 inch Rox on my '06 Rage. All I had to do was reroute the parking brake cable.
I put a 4" mountain machines pivot riser from Rich Motorsports on my 05 vector with no issues I rerouted the cables.
Any other brand you can not run 4", mountain machines pivot right at the base bringing the bars forward giving you more slack as such as a roc or other brands.
Rich is very informative about risers because he deals just about every brand.
