I have been searching for info but cannot find any. I know my clutches are out of alignment and need to know the procedure for moving the engine for proper alignment. Looks like I will need a special tool to adjust the engine. Thanks for your help.

what i ear about is that there is no engine adjustement to enable clutch alignment

i have the service manual for the RS serie and there is no mention for an clutch aligment tool in the special tool section and no mention about engine alignment :?

The only adjustement for the clutchs in the manual is the secondary sheave offset witch consist to add or remove washer shims behind the secondary to acheive the correct gap vs the primary. I will try an attachment on this, it will be a little fuzzy but let me know if you miss something.

so.... you have a very good question :D

let's see if someone have a better answer on engine adjustment

according to what I am seeing with my guage the engine / primary is turned inward and you could not align them without moving the engine. Shims behind or in the front of the secondary will not resolve my situation. When you remove the nuts from the two front engine mounting bolts and the right rear it looks like there are threads and a special tool needed to turn them. The fourth engine mounting bolt behind the secondary you cannot get to. I am hoping that is just a "slip stud" type of bolt that will move when you adjust the other three.??
