I was wondering if these side panel accent covers will fix on a 2006 Vector GT?

Unfortunately those side panel covers will not fit on a Vector. The side panels between the Vector and RX-1 models have a different shape on the area those would bolt on. At this point Yamaha doesn't offer any covers that will fit the RS series sleds.
