Hi Guys!
I thought I'd share what I did with my vector to add a cargo / luggage rack. This rack came off a Rage. The tunnel is the same, so it fits perfectly. If you are looking for a secure way to mount saddlebags, here is an option. I got the rack used, but I think you can still buy them. Two bolts at the bottom of the front legs, and two bolts on the rear legs. I cut a groove into the plastic cover behind the seat, and the rack base fits under there. Putting the plastic back, and you can't see the bolts. It looks like it was designed to be there. I've taken several backpack trips with my bags on there, and it works like a charm. It has small nipples on the bottom to attach bungee straps to hold stuff on. You could also move it further back, depending what you'll put on there. I wanted it to be as far forward as possible to avoid any issues with the exhaust.
Enjoy the ride!

There is room to get to the seat storage but you couldn't put something large in there. A bottle of oil goes in fine for example.
