New to the forum. I was just invited to go to Wyoming snowmobiling in February. Was wondering what I should change on my sled to be able to ride in the powder. Would like to get a 2" track if it fits, wider skis, change clutching and jetting?? I have a 2006 RS Venture. Any suggestions would be helpful or would i be wasting my time??? Thanks

If you're going to put a 2 inch paddle on there I'd say you're going to need new drivers but I'm not completely sure. Also you may need to move the suspension to make enough clearance but once again I'm not completely sure.
FYI, your going to be told to fill in your info, like where your from, etc, site rules! Not sure what size track/drivers you have, but a 2" paddle will fit with 9t drivers. I know cause ran that setup on a RX1 for along time.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping I wouldn't have to change drivers. I have the 9t drivers now. I have the sled in storage so I'll have to measure the clearance when I get it home.
forgot to ad, the 9t you have now are 2.52" pitch, depending on the track length you decide to go with. They will work, if you end up getting a track thats needs 3"pitch, you will have to change out the drivers.

I think I'll be fine with the stock sprockets. I have a 144" track now and I know I can get it in a 2.52 pitch. Thanks....
