M8 = 172HP, 162" track

RX1 = 220-230hp (not sure on that one), 153" track and 200 pounds MORE to carry!

Please note... there was about 16" of fresh snow over a slushy lake

That is the RX1 I wrote about that we were able to get over 150Hp at the track (65mph) which is now MINE.

Not at all! after about 200feets, the race is over :)

at the end of race, had about 50-60ft (hard to say exactly) over the M8

Oops, I forgot to say I was down almonst 3 psi of boost because my intake air filter was completely iced up.

Intake picture right Before the 'race'

You need a prefilter for sure. Glad your RX-1 is running well. From the vid the AC had a few ft on you before the race started, but it could be camera angles tho.... you smoked him

not sure if he jumped on me, thing happens so quickly on a race!!!

For the filter, I will install a bigger filter with ottawear this weekend.

It seemed like you weren't lined up correctly on the starting line. What is a cat making 172 going to do to you, even if you're alot heavier than him.....nothing cause you've smoked him bad LOL.

well 200 # more AND less track on loose snow....

I was a bit surprised to spank him that bad...

sleds

Lets see some pics and vids of that beast of a apex you are building to.

Race

Great job on the race. Good thing you had the long track in that deep snow.

Bruce

That apex I will finish building it next week or so (depending on my time schedule).

After that, I'll take a few pics, and a few videos, and I will sell it... that is just WAY too much machine for me... this thing scares me!

We dont trail ride...

That is the reason I only race mountain sleds... can't race trail sleds because my track wont hook on the trail and their track wont hook in powder...

All I can say is this thing climbs ... climbs.... at an alarming rate :)
