Will the 36” Front suspension from a 2019 Alpha fit on a 2014 viper? My viper currently has a the 38” z bros front a arms and triple rate shocks with the 2014 stock spindles. The Alpha front suspension comes compete with spindles?

As long as you use the complete front end including the shocks and spindles, yes it will. The shocks will be a different length (shorter) then your 38" front end shocks.
You may have to use the Alpha ski rubbers, bolts and spacers as I believe they are different as well.
The 2016 and up mountain front end is a popular swap for the 2014-15 sleds and improves side-hill ability.
