All,
Friday...I rode around 50 miles, OAT was around 34 degrees F. slush on top of hard pack base. For about the last 2 min of riding on a short one sled wide MTN trail at slow speed my temp light came on, Wen we hit the groomed trail we got stuck behind the groomer for another 1min. So I pulled over to cool off.

Now the trouble begins...Machine won't start...and it actually sounds like a fouled plug running on two with the other cylinder firing a single pop occasionally. We poked around for 20 min and nothing, so we towed it 3 miles to a road.

At this point I decide to give it a shot and it fires right up. Belt goes back on and 20 more miles we go. Sled is running fine again. Turn it off and problem resurfaces???? At this point I sit in a gas station for 4 hrs while the boys ride back to camp to get the truck.

Saturday...rode my dad's attak.

Sunday...I feel a bit sore, so I decide to give the nytro another shot. Sunday OAT was 29 degrees F. I put on 60-70 miles and the machine did not skip a beat.

Any ideas?

I may be talking out my hiney here, but did you try swapping ignition coils? My wife's honda van would do that some times, it was a weak coil when heavily heat-soaked (after pumping gas with engine off or quick run into a store.) i would unplug each coil until i found the one that didn't cause rpm to drop further, and swap that coil with one that worked ok from a good cylinder, and the misfire followed the coil.

i was up in maine a couple weeks ago and mine did the same thing. sounded like i would lose a cylinder when the thing would get warm. brought it to a dealer up there and he told me that the #1 injector wire had wore through and would short it out and drop that cylinder. he also told me he has seen this same thing with several other nytros so it may be something to at least check out. do you smell gas? mine got really bad gas mileage when it happened and it smelled really bad of gasoline. the dealer told me that it starts puring gas into the cylinder to protect it from any other problems. i hope this helps because its a pretty easy fix.
