Anyone race a Warrior or a Apex against a Polaris Dragon 700. What kind of results did you have.

Not raced but I have ridden a dragon. Doesnt have near the top end but they are quit crisp. My friends only runs around 95-100 on speedo (this was the brand new from the dealer though, no break-in). The comfort level and ride are quite impressive (this sled is unbelievably warm). In a side by side by side, my rx1,05 700 FC (snopro), and new dragon, rx1 by 4 lengths over the Cat, the Cat by 4 lenghts over the Dragon til 95 mph then the rx1 checks out. Also, neither other sled was studded but when they leave with skis in the air Im not gonna wait on them. I will also add that Dagon owner had an apex last season with Git r done kit from Hauck and was seariously unhappy with gettin whipped by my 03 oil burner. So all in all I dont think I answered you ? at all did I?

I raced a DRAGON on a partially snow covered lake 2" to 3", out of the hole I had 5 to 6 lenght on him and at mid point he caught up at about 60-70mph and I walked away from him afterwards to top end 100+, the lake was about 1.5 miles long...neither of us had studs.
It seems to have a lot of mid punch but thats about it and the other thing he has about a 60 lbs (less) body weight on me...plus his sled is lighter than my APEX LTX 136", not to worry we're faster out of the hole and top end.

Ran a Dragon on the lake last year with my 04 Warrior. He stayed with me to about 80 Mph then fell off. They are a quick sled until you near the double digit mark.
Ditto I ran one this past Saturday on a packed lake on my 05 RX I hooked up better on launch pulled about 2 sleds out to 70 then walked he never could brake 100 I was at 110. We rode side by side at 70 and both sleds read within 1 mph of each other. I have cut 1 tooth off my speedo gear she's pretty close now. Oh and he has a-lot more studs than me but I am clutched he's stock.
