I'm looking to get better weight transfer from the mono, that the mono just does not supply. What can I do to make the mono better. I set the transfer to max, I'm not sure what else I can do. Anybody.....

You could take the transfer rod out and run with out it. I've read where some have done that and can't keep the skis on the snow. Max transfer, but at the expence of handling.

skis up == slow. It increases your wind resistance and kills your approach angle. To be fast, you want them *just off* the snow.

I agree LB, but how do I get better transfer out of the hole with the mono?

Gear down, add more track.

Make sure the limiter strap is loose as well as the weight transfer cranked up.
As long as you have decent traction it should be easy to get the skis off the ground (too high off the ground IMO with everything adjusted for max.).

168 studs at least, transfer rod set to max...make sure it's tight! Let out 1 more hole in the limiter strap. I'm a fat arse and if I wanted to, I could flip mine right over. LB is right though...get it just right so it shoots out instead of up.

I know how to adjust the limiter and how to set the transfer rod to max and how to squate it for drag racing and I know how many studs I need to make it work.... If I have too 1.450 @192 will definetly do the trick.
I'm looking for some inside tips that make it work really well. ie.... my old rev 800, you just turned the coupler blocks to the thin position to get the max transfer.... I used to remove the hole block and it would punched out of the hole like a rocket with no damage to the rear skid.... That's kind of what I'm looking for.... Just thinking outside of the box... Has anyone engineered anything different that is already there to make it work even better.
Thanks for the help so far.....

I think you'll be very happy with 192. Too much transfer makes the sled a pig on the trails.
