No problem, where did you guys end up going? you missed out the trails are going to be so much better, here are a couple of pics out mywindow. One is snow about a 16" of snow over my window and the other picture is a 15 foot mound from the plow and it is still white out conditions here most of the time. It is letting up a little then it strats right back up i think we are getting about 2-4 inches per hour.

Hey boomer what do you do, I know a lot of people ;)!

Update, skyway is closed and thruway is closed from Lackawanna to Dunkirk both ways, and more travel bans

They are saying up to 5 FEET when all said and done

Buddy from acrade said they have about 4 feet of snow, trails are better than he can remeber, if riding in WNY drive safe and be prepared for limited visibility, also my buddy from silvercreek said thy have a lot of snow as well, he said about 2.5 feet and the snow is shifting south toward him. In my area it has not stopped snowing since thursday.

we rode from hamburg down to springville and then up to east eden and had a nice dinner, also rode to north collins and did some loops from east eden. I might get back out the end of the week when they get roads clear. I liked riding there better than tug hill.

We have recieved so much snow that some trails are not accessable, the banks of the roads to cross the street are anyhwere up to 7' high so the clubs are busy working on it, otherwise trails are amazing, due to high wind some spots are to grass, (very limited) and others will swallow your sled!!

I did a little riding one day but white out condition made me go back, I went out yesterday and a snowbank made me turn around it was pretty big and I did not want to wreck my sled, so a little riding a little cold to ride but I plan on going this weekend after some grooming is done.

I am thinking of going out to bliss, I like to get some maps that covered all the western ny countys. I am thinking maybe they dint get as much wind as you guys did.

If anyone is in the area and looking to ride...I am meeting up with a few guys tomorrow(Thursday) at 10am at Byncliff Golf Course/Resort. I think the actual township is called Varysburg. Feel free to call me at 716-432-9698(Mark).

Rt. 62 where you cross the road in eden; the snow bank is taller than my explorer, trail is not passible at that point, white out conditions again this morning!!

I days more notice I would have been there

Sorry for the short notice fellas...made the plans at the last minute. Next time I am up that way I will post earlier.

It was a good ride...alot of snow of course. We did 135 miles. I was a bit cold at times because it was windy. We left from the Byrncliff Resort and did a loop which took us through Letchworth State Park and back. It was windy as all heck which caused alot of big drifts but it actually made it pretty fun.

We did another 119 miles today on the Chautauqua County trails. Great day/great riding! Rode the Lake back to home...saw 118mph on the dream-o-meter. The Lake was part glare ice with patches of snow...ice/snow/ice/snow etc. She was still pulling hard but I ran out of Lake and had to let off the throttle. The weather man said 3-5 inches of snow possible again tonight. We will be riding again tomorrow from the house(Chautauqua Lake) but this time we will run the lake to Mayville and take the trails to Peak N Peak Ski resort...FYI they have a chicken wing cook off which starts at noon(Sat.).

Hope you guys were able to get out in your neck of the woods. Hopefully we can get together next weekend and make this WNY TY ride happen!
